For online orders, returns are eligible for store credit within seven days of package delivery.

To initiate a return, please email hello@haileaalexis.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval.

In-person show sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns are issued as store credit only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Custom, personalized, or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
